We value your time and ours, and we strive to provide the best service possible to all clients. To ensure fairness and availability, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or appointment changes made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service cost. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will also be charged the full service amount. By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This salon does NOT allow children in the salon unless they are receiving a service. They must have a separate appointment. You can NOT bring them to ANY or your appointments. You will be turned away and rescheduled if you bring your kids with you. Clients come for a moment of rest and relaxation, and we want to ensure that our clients receive PEACEFUL and relaxing experience.
